संविधान कार्यान्वयनमा सहकार्य जरुरी : सभामुख गुरुङ: कर्णाली प्रदेशका सभामुख नन्दा गुरुङले संविधान कार्यान्वयन प्रभावकारी बनाउन सबैको सहकार्य आवश्यक रहेको बताउनुभएको छ । नेशनल लेजिसलेटिभ एकाडेमीले बुधबार वीरेन्द्रनगरमा आयोजना गरेको संविधान कार्यान्वयन सवाल विषयक अन्तरक्रिया कार्यक्रममा उहाँले सो कुरा बताउनुभयो ।
